Here's a set of Wii cursors at DeviantArt. They've been tested to work on Windows XP. Just copy them to a folder in C:\WINDOWS\Cursors\ and go to Control Panel > Mouse > Pointers. You can change one or all of your cursors to the Wii-ified versions. And here is a great set of Icons that have nothing to do with the Wii but are great, of course just right click and properties then you can change any shortcut icon.
